We are so excited that you have allowed us to be a part of your gardening journey. Thank you for trusting us with your gardening needs and plants! We realize that plants have a long journey to get to your doorstep and that sometimes issues out of our control may make that journey a tough one. It is our hope that with our careful packaging that it makes it to you as a happy, healthy plant but if it doesn’t we are happy to help. If upon arrival your plant looks dead or has an issue within 7 days of receiving it, please contact us through email by sending a picture of your plant within the 7 daytime period. Please provide the proper proof and picture of your plant,along with the order number so that we can send you a replacement plant or issue a refund. For assistance, please contact us.
